We are delighted to announce that Ash Mews received planning approval. The project showcases clear spatial thinking and a confident urban presence. Located in Newham, London, this infill development responds directly to its site. It integrates sustainable design with purposeful urban engagement. The scheme combines spatial precision and strong character. It marks an important milestone in the studio’s pursuit of high-quality, small-scale housing. Comprising of seven houses, five with three bedrooms and two with two bedrooms. Each dwelling maximises layout and volume while offering private terraces and courtyards with carefully framed views. The design prioritised maintaining privacy and celebrating the architecture, considering views both from within the houses and into them from the mews.
